1. Each 1st year students will be issued 02 nos. of books and  also 2nd& 3rd year will be issued 02nos. of books and staffs will be issued 10 nos. of books.

2. For any loss of book by students & staffs the penalty will be charged as mentioned below.

• All department – Two times of the actual cost of the book. & Photo copy of lost Publications will not accepted.

3. The period of borrowing of students and staffs will be 7 days and One month respectively. An overdue charge of Rs. 1/- per day shall be charged against each book/ documents not returned within the due time and all the books are to returned on last day of examination at the session end.

4. The students & staff may utilized the Digital Library and Journals in the Library reading hall / Digital Library rooms.

5. Use of Laptops will be allowed at the Library

• Digital Library (NPTEL videos, model answers, sample question papers, e-study materials etc.)

• Language Lab

• Online software platform of soft skill test.

• Wi-Fi facility for pc’s/tabs/mobiles and laptops

Accessibility to students

• Student can access digital library material through intranet, pendrives or other storage media.

• Student can utilize the language lab to improve communications

All the Staff & Students are directed to follow the following Guidelines strictly adhered for Institution Library as decided in core committee meeting of Library .
